Can you declare the value of my package lower to avoid taxes?
No, we can't. Paying taxes is your duty.
If the price that I placed an order for goes down, could you refund the difference?
No. The risk and profit of price moving is on you.
Shipping & Returns
Do I have to pay taxes?
Since all goods are shipped from Singapore, you may be required to pay customs duties at the time of importation, depending on the country.
Please refer to your country's customs information for details on tariffs.
When will the product be shipped? / The product has not been shipped yet.
We usually ship within 2 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Singapore Public Holidays. However, if the order includes single cards, it may take an average of 7 business days and up to approximately 2 weeks.
How much shipping costs?
You could check it in the checkout process before you pay. The price varies depending on the region and the selected delivery method.
If my package get damaged or lost, will I get a full refund ?
No, you won't. In that case, you will get some amount of refund by applying for a compensation from Fedex, DHL or Singapore Post. The amount of it depends on Fedex, DHL or Singapore Post. We don't give any refund. When you pay additional fees, you can insure your packages. If you would like it, please ask us.
Can I cancel my order?
Usually, yes. But we charge you 20% for Pre-Order items, 10% for all other items cancellation fees. If you would like to get more information, please check our Refund Policy.
Can you change the declared value for customs?
Unfortunately, no.
